First Steps Fitness provides personalized one-on-one personal training services and fitness bootcamps in Toronto to help you attain your fitness goals. Whether you want to achieve weight-loss, toning or building muscle, or general health improvement, we can help you.
Personal Training
Before any training program is started, we will offer a complimentary fitness consultation with you so that we understand:
- What your fitness objectives are
- What time frame you want to achieve your goals in
- What your expectations are
- What your challenges, concerns and/or fears are
From the fitness consultation, we’re able to determine how to tailor a personal training program that best suits you. The last thing we want is for you to fail so we will create a work out regimen that is realistic, achievable, and effective.
One-on-One
Let’s face it, we’re not all gym rats. First Steps Fitness offers one-on-one training sessions in Toronto.
We offer individualized programs based on your goals and needs. Our job is to motivate, educate, push you out of your comfort zone, and most importantly guide you on your fitness journey.
In Home
Got a hectic schedule? Why don’t we come to you?! We offer one-on-one training in the comfort of your own home. 60 and 90 minute sessions are available.
Small Group Classes (“Boot Camp”)
Chances are you’ve heard the term “boot camp” being used in the fitness industry. The term, for some, acts as a deterrent because some people imagine a drill sergeant yelling and screaming at them. At First Steps Fitness we offer small group classes run in “boot camp” style minus the yelling and screaming. If you’re new to fitness the last thing you need is someone yelling at you.
We don’t yell, scream or make you feel bad because you can’t do 100 push-ups, but I do get you sweating and your heart rate up! Come try a class and see for yourself.
Which ever service you choose, we will be by your side every step of the way because we know that your fitness journey won’t be easy.
The process will be filled with highs and lows, and we will be there to keep you inspired and motivated. When you feel like giving up, we will encourage you to give just a little more. You will hate us at the time but when you look back you will be amazed at how far you’ve come along your journey.
At the end of it, you won’t even recognize yourself anymore. You will have more confidence and self-esteem that you haven’t had in a long time.
