I was never an athletic person and I didn’t go to the gym in 5 years even though it was just few floors down. So when I started with Gaby I was worried that I won’t be able to keep up with the workouts and hence lose the motivation and stop going to the gym (like what happened when I was trying to lose weight before.. many times).
Gaby trained both me and my mom at the same time. She found what works for both of us. She motivated us and pushed us to try new things we would never have thought we would do before. She knew what we liked and what we didn’t and tried to be mindful of that as well which made the workouts more fun and enjoyable.
Before meeting Gaby, I would lose weight just by eating clean (I wouldn’t workout) and I was never happy with my body because I felt weak and not in shape (even though I would lose 30lbs in couple of months). After working out with Gaby in a regular basis for 3 months and eating healthy I lost 20 pounds and so many inches. I also feel so strong now and happier and confident in my body than ever.

I never enjoyed working out because I was tired and unmotivated by the end of the day to go to the gym or even to do a workout video in my own home.
When my wedding was fast approaching I was introduced to Gaby as someone who could get my butt into gear. Gaby is a dynamic, motivating and active trainer. She was mindful of the exercises I liked and didn’t like as well as any injuries I had. Having just returned to work 40lbs heavier from my second maternity leave, I was at a loss with how to get myself back in shape.

For years I have been struggling with my weight, I would join gyms and I would go but I lacked the knowledge on how to achieve my goals, which were to lose weight (the obvious); be healthy and feel good. As a result I would stop going to the gym. I knew I needed to do something so I talked to Gaby and she was willing to help me out.
Well it has been a year now that I have been training with Gaby and I have lost weight, am healthier and absolutely feel GREAT. I am as motivated as the day I started.

Gaby is an excellent trainer; enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient, supportive and approachable. Six months before my wedding I decided it was time to get into shape. I wanted to look the very best in my dress, so I began training with Gaby. Being someone who never worked out, I was skeptical when we started training – I didn’t think I could commit to a fitness plan. She was able to motivate me and made me push myself.
